On 10 March, SuomiFinland100 Singapore, the Embassy of Finland in Singapore and MOH Holdings Pte Ltd will host a workshop about “Shaping the future of healthcare in Singapore through service design”. In Finland, service design has profoundly changed how the healthcare industry develops their services and benefits patients. The highlights of the programme are case presentations on new healthcare business models created through service design and co-creation of digital services between professionals and patients, and workshop sessions to understand the service design methods that can be embedded into the development projects in healthcare sector.
The opening remarks will be held by Dr Norman Wu, Director, Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Divisions, MOH Holdings Pte. Ltd. Singapore and Mr Riku Mäkela, Counsellor, Innovation and Trade Affairs, Embassy of Finland. The key speakers will be Mr Peter Barkman, CEO of PALMU, Mr Saku Sairanen, CEO and founding partner of Exove Design and Mr Reima Rönnholm, Service Designer at PALMU.
