3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons vinegar acid (10 %). Instead of strong vinegar acid you can also use white wine vinegar, but double the amount.
2–3 tablespoons chopped dill
Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin slices. Put the cucumbers into a bowl or jar with a lid. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and dill. Close the lid and shake. Marinade for a while.
Serve with fish dishes.
